Travel YouTuber KwakTube (real name Kwak Jun-bin·33) is reported to be having a wedding this October, and his agency expressed a cautious stance regarding the report.
On Oct. 10, agency SM C&C told OSEN that they ask for understanding because it is difficult to confirm the date of KwakTube's wedding as it concerns his private life.
Earlier that day, a media outlet reported that KwakTube would hold a private wedding on Oct. 11 at a hotel in Yeouido, Seoul.
The bride-to-be is a civil servant five years his junior, and the two are known to have tied the knot after a long-distance relationship over an extended period.
Regarding this, KwakTube earlier on the 8th announced the wedding news directly on his YouTube channel and revealed that while preparing for the wedding, "fortunately, like a blessing, a precious new life has come," disclosing the bride-to-be's pregnancy as well.
He told fans he would "show a more mature and hardworking side as someone's husband and father," expressing his sincere resolve.
Agency SM C&C also said, "Kwak Jun-bin will have a wedding in October with a non-celebrity bride-to-be. After a long courtship, the two built trust and love and promised to spend their lives together. While preparing for the wedding, a precious life came, doubling their joy," conveying an official position.
Meanwhile, KwakTube is a YouTube creator who previously worked as an administrative staff member at the Azerbaijan embassy. He currently operates the YouTube channel "KwakTube" and continues active broadcasting activities such as "Jun Hyun-moo plan 2" and "Crazy Rich Korean."
