Actor Yang Kyung-won shared his thoughts on the finale of "First, For Love."
On the 10th, actor Yang Kyung-won through his agency HiGijeum Studio offered a warm farewell greeting on the occasion of the conclusion of the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama "First, For Love."
Yang Kyung-won played the role of "Tae-o," convincingly portraying a character who appears brash and cheerful on the outside but has hidden pain inside, leaving a deep impression on viewers. Once a promising baseball player, Tae-o fell apart after an accident and quit sports; he is a character who, in the process of rebuilding his life, lives with complex emotions and relationships.
Yang Kyung-won delivered dense, realistic acting with his characteristic delicacy, from Tae-o's brazen early manner to the emotional line that reveals sincerity in the latter part. This injected cheerfulness and warm sentiment into the drama.

Yang Kyung-won said, "I tried to understand Tae-o, a character who may look cheerful and light on the outside but has emotions and time accumulated inside that he cannot bring out." He added, "I tried to view Tae-o as someone who once fell apart but is living again," and said in his closing remarks, "Those times left quite a strong aftertaste for me as well. I hope those feelings reached the viewers who loved the work."
He also expressed his affection for the project, saying, "I sincerely thank the fellow actors and staff who always stayed on set with me," and "The time I spent as Tae-o was grateful and happy."
Yang Kyung-won is an actor who has been loved for his wide range of character portrayals and steady acting in works such as "Vincenzo," "Crash Landing on You," "Welcome to Samdal-ri," and "The Judge from Hell."
