Singer Yoon Se-yeon showcased her bubbly MZ charm.
Yoon Se-yeon appeared as a guest on KBS Happy FM's Eun Ga-eun's Shining Trot, which aired the afternoon of the 10th. Yoon Se-yeon, who is on her third day as a trot singer since debut, drew attention from the start with a glamorous background as a holder of the 57th intangible cultural heritage designation in Gyeonggi folk song transmission and as the year-end final winner of KBS's National Singing Contest.
Yoon Se-yeon introduced her appearance on National Singing Contest by saying, "It is a program enjoyed by the whole nation, and my mother heard that they were filming in our neighborhood and encouraged me to appear. The preliminaries for National Singing Contest are tougher than most competition shows, but I was lucky enough to win the grand prize and then the top award at the year-end final."
Yoon Se-yeon, who revealed she appeared on Kid's Gugak Get-Together and Morning Plaza when she was young, said, "My parents were just as talented as I am, so when I was in elementary school I appeared as a team with my older sister and mother. My mother was the lead, and my sister and I danced," revealing her overflowing talent.
Yoon Se-yeon performed the "trumpet pants" live she showcased on Pungnyu Daejang, the program that introduced her. Mixing folk song with Psy's upbeat original to add a Korean color, Yoon Se-yeon delivered energy and joy to listeners with a clear yet refreshing voice.
About her trot debut song "Hoi Hoi Hoi," she introduced it as a song gifted by Kim Dong-chan and said it is an exhilarating song that means to make love and life happily like magic, then she waved a fan and heated up the atmosphere with lovely choreography and an exciting live performance.
