Group Lovelyz alumnus Seo Ji-soo has been cast in "Let's Go to the Moon."
MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama "Let's Go to the Moon" (writer Na Yoon-chae, directors Oh Da-young and Jung Hoon) is a work that depicts a hyperrealism survival story about three women from poor backgrounds who cannot survive on salaries alone and dive into cryptocurrency investment. As a slapstick comedy about their trials and errors, it is expected to deliver cheerful laughter and empathy at the same time.
Seo Ji-soo plays Park Ji-won, an employee of Maron Bakery's marketing team. She is a typical "free-rider type character" who schemes to avoid hard work and is passive when it comes to actual team tasks, blending into the team's atmosphere. In particular, she subtly shows an annoying attitude toward Jeong Da-hae (played by Lee Seon-bin), a nonrecruited hire on the same team, revealing the traits of a selfish coworker and is expected to leave an impression on viewers.
Seo Ji-soo is an actress who has played diverse characters across drama and film, gradually expanding her own range. In this work, she takes on a distinctive office character, showcasing new charm and is expected to energize the drama.
