Choo Young-Woo held a solo fan meeting titled '2025 CHOO YOUNG WOO ASIA FANMEETING TOUR 'Who (is) Choo?' in SEOUL' (hereinafter referred to as 'Who (is) Choo?') on the 6th at the KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
'Who (is) Choo?' is the first Asia fan meeting tour that Choo Young-Woo is hosting since his debut. The Seoul performance, which is the starting point, sold out all tickets on the day of the ticket opening, proving Choo Young-Woo's hot popularity.
In line with the performance title 'Who (is) Choo?' using the fandom name 'Huchu', Choo Young-Woo demonstrated various charms and closely interacted with fans for about 180 minutes, showing who he is.
First, Choo Young-Woo sang the OST 'Hyeonjeongyeonseo' from his representative work 'The Tale of Lady Ok' upon his entrance. He recreated the traditional costume of his character 'Cheon Seung-Hwi', reviving the lingering emotions of the work and providing a special experience for fans.
Choo Young-Woo further communicated closely with fans through various engaging segments that looked back on his past to present, including 'Choo's Legends' and discussing memorable scenes from recent works. In particular, Choo Young-Woo opened the 'Severe Young-Woo Fans Center', transforming into 'Yang Jae-Won' from 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call', showcasing the aspects fans had long wished to see. He conveyed his exceptional love for fans by performing various dance challenges and playing requested songs on the spot.
An unprecedented stage that could only be seen at the fan meeting was also unfolded. Choo Young-Woo passionately sang the musical number 'She Was There' with a powerful voice, presenting a different charm. He also delivered an emotional performance of the digital single 'If Time Could Stop', which was released on the day of the fan meeting, for the first time live in front of fans. Additionally, Choo Young-Woo showcased his outstanding performance abilities in a dance medley that included 'Wicked' from the All Day project, Stray Kids' 'Toxic', and 'Soda Pop' by the Lion Boys, thrilling the fans.
For the ending song, Choo Young-Woo selected Roy Kim's 'The Lullaby', sharing heartfelt moments with fans until the very end. After the fan meeting concluded, he held a goodbye session, expressing his gratitude once again to the fans who filled the venue for his first fan meeting.
Wrapping up the solo fan meeting, Choo Young-Woo expressed, "I thank you, Huchu fans, for this precious time. I was very nervous since it was my first fan meeting after my debut, but thanks to my fans, I felt much more relaxed. It felt like the happiest moment since becoming an actor. Without Huchu, there would be no actor Choo Young-Woo. I will do my best to remain a good actor and a good person for my fans in the future."
Meanwhile, following Seoul, Choo Young-Woo is set to hold fan meetings in major Asian cities such as Bangkok, Taipei, Osaka, and Tokyo, officially embarking on his global journey.
