The singer Sean proved with his body that he lives a life full of love on the Omniscient Interfering View.
Sean appeared on the Omniscient Interfering View, which aired on the 6th. Famous for various donations and marathons, Sean learned running from expert director Kwon Eun-joo early in the morning and completed running and push-ups in a space where he could exercise privately.
Sean explained about the marathon donations. In particular, the marathon, which runs more than 80 km, has completed recruiting 19,450 participants this year.
The 815 marathon is a marathon where participants run 81.5 km, and builds homes with it, specifically for independence patriots. Sean said, "Participants pay an entry fee, and they also receive sponsorship from corporations. So, in the first year, 330 million won was raised. This is how we were able to build the first home," adding, "The goal is to build 100 homes. Originally, it wasn't supposed to be that many. The owner of the first home, Ms. Kim Geum-soon, held my hand and said, 'I never imagined I would live in such a good house for my whole life,' and I was moved to tears. So, I promised to build up to 100 homes."
Celebrities who participated in the marathon include Yoon Se-ah, Park Bo-gum, and New Jeans' Hanni. Sean also mentioned, "I cycled from Busan to Seoul, a distance of 430 km, without sleeping," as he engaged in another activity for fundraising to build a children's rehabilitation hospital.
Jun Hyun-moo asked in surprise, "Aren't you sleepy?" Sean replied, "Of course, I was sleepy. After about 12 hours, as I was climbing a hill, I became sleepy. So, I drank two energy drinks and continued up the hill." He also shared, "But that day, I had planned to take the kids to Yangyang. So, I went home, took a nap, and drove to Yangyang with them," revealing his dedication to parenting.
Sean said, "My wife Hye-young runs 7 km in the morning and 13 km in the evening. The eldest runs even while overseas, and the youngest has started running too." The manager added, "The whole family has become Sean. Everyone is Sean. There are now five Seans."
The manager continued, "Sean's expression changes whenever Jeong Hye-young is mentioned. He is truly a romantic, but he really is different when you see him." Sean noted, "I still get excited when I see Hye-young," leading Hong Hyun-hee to ask, "Does love transfer a bit when you have kids?" Sean replied, "No. There is a tree, and there are fruits, but for fruits to exist, the tree must be healthy first. They say marriage is about finding a gem; two uncut stones come together and get polished into a gem," moving everyone.
Sean introduced the Lou Gehrig nursing hospital. Having had a connection with the late athlete Park Seung-il, Sean, who has shown a great interest in patients with Lou Gehrig's disease for the past 16 years, finally opened a Lou Gehrig nursing hospital this year. Sean said, "These individuals lack strength in their respiratory muscles, so if they catch a cold, it inevitably leads to pneumonia. So, we installed a heating system on the hospital floor," explaining, "The more patients we have, the more deficits we face. When fully occupied, we incur a deficit of about 2 to 3 billion won each year."
Jun Hyun-moo expressed concern, asking, "Isn't it possible to turn a profit?" However, Sean replied, "Absolutely not. That's why donations are essential. I think we can raise about 3 billion won through 1,000 churches that donate 100,000 won a month, and personal donations from 10,000 individuals, plus the foundation's events."
