Singer Park Ki-young shared her first thoughts after her second divorce.
On the 7th, a video titled "Three essential pre-marriage checklists that singer Park Ki-young advised Solbi" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Solbi is Back.'
The released video contains scenes of Solbi visiting Park Ki-young's home, where Solbi mentioned, "I didn't watch it in the past, but as I get older, I'm recently watching 'divorce contemplation camp.'"
Park Ki-young then said, "I have experience with divorce too, but I don't think it's the fault of either side. It seems like a matter of fate. The time I had with that person was just this much."
In particular, Park Ki-young gave heartfelt advice to couples contemplating divorce, saying, "I was like that too, but I want to tell you not to do that and to break up quickly. Divorce is very difficult and painful. It leaves a huge scar on both sides."
Nevertheless, Park Ki-young expressed, "Still, I truly believe in love. It's beautiful and good to give and receive love," adding, "We only live once. Isn't it a waste? I've been married twice and divorced twice. Now I'm alone. How wouldn't these situations be tough? Still, even though I'm turning 50 the day after tomorrow, I dream of love again. My last love must be somewhere, right?"
However, in response to Solbi's question, "If love appears again, will you remarry?" Park Ki-young joked, "I don't know about marriage. I'd rather focus more on the relationship than on marriage."
Meanwhile, Park Ki-young married a lawyer who is one year older in 2010 and welcomed a daughter. However, they divorced in 2015, and in 2017, she remarried a tango choreographer one year older, Han Geol-eum, whom she met through KBS 2TV's 'Immortal Songs.' However, after about five years of marriage, Park Ki-young and Han Geol-eum ended their marriage around 2023, and the news was belatedly reported last March.
