"I think it will be the last thing that comes to mind before I die." Tablo of Epik High overcame the 'Tajinyo' trauma once again with the help of the other members.
On the night of 5th, KBS 2TV music entertainment show 'The Seasons - 10CM's Strolling (abbreviated as Strolling)' aired its first episode. In this, 10CM's Kwon Jeong-yeol, who took on the role of new MC for Season 8 of 'The Seasons', took to the stage as the host of 'Strolling'.
As it was the first broadcast of the new season, musicians who are close friends of Kwon Jeong-yeol, such as Akdong Musician's Lee Chan-hyuk, singer Lee Seok-hoon, and band Soran's Go Young-bae, visited 'Strolling'. Among them was also Epik High.
During the recording, Epik High, which had just started its Asia tour, appeared as a guest on 'Strolling' to support Kwon Jeong-yeol even during the tour. They heated up the audience with their hit song 'Born Hater', skillfully avoiding KBS censorship with its '19+ age' lyrics.
Their storytelling was exceptional. In fact, Epik High had surpassed 1 million subscribers on their YouTube channel and received a gold button. To achieve this, Epik High even visited Google headquarters.
In particular, during this process, Tablo visited Stanford University, his alma mater. Previously, a 'Tajinyo' incident occurred among internet users who doubted Tablo's academic credentials. In response, Tukutz and Mithra reenacted a scene from a related documentary to help Tablo shake off his trauma.
Regarding this, Tablo stated, "I reenacted the scene where I cried in the documentary exactly as it was. It was a scene that I would think of in the moment of my death. Thanks to the members, I was able to overcome this difficult moment." Tukutz, who actually planned this, joked, "Seeing it in long form makes it three times more touching," and laughed until the end, but Epik High's friendship drew applause.
