Comedian Yoon Jung-soo revealed his recent changes following his relationship with his 12-year-younger fiancée, Won Ja-hyun, ahead of their wedding.
As Yoon Jung-soo, the groom-to-be, appeared on TV CHOSUN's 'Lovestruck in Joseon' airing on the afternoon of the 8th, the production team congratulated him with a warm round of applause. In response, Yoon Jung-soo said, "I will gather all the applause and give it to my bride," showcasing his loving demeanor.
Yoon Jung-soo revealed that he once weighed 105 kg and noted that his fiancée, a Pilates instructor, helps him maintain a healthy diet, contributing to his weight loss success. The production team mentioned Yoon Jung-soo's past when he was referred to as 'the icon of luxury,' and he confessed, "I definitely used to cover all the bills and say, 'I'll pay for the dinner,' spending extravagantly."
However, things have changed now. He stated, "My fiancée once didn't want to spend money on parking and took the subway to the department store. That frugality was something I had never experienced," adding, "Since that's how the person I am about to marry behaves, I also start to follow suit. I'm filling in the gaps of my past misdeeds." This emphasizes that he is no longer 'the icon of luxury and bankruptcy.'
Won Ja-hyun, who has transformed Yoon Jung-soo, was born in 1983 and has worked as a KBS reporter, Weathernews global weathercaster, and traffic caster in various fields. She made a notable appearance as an MBC sports reporter, particularly drawing attention during the Guangzhou Asian Games, where she was dubbed 'the goddess of Guangzhou.'
She later transitioned to fitness modeling, securing second place in both the women's short division and the Ms. Bikini category at the 2015 Muscle Mania fitness world competition. Since 2017, she has been active as a Pilates instructor.
