The group Dongbang member Changmin (associated with SME) completed his concert in Tokyo successfully, kicking off his first solo national tour in Japan.
"CHANGMIN from Dongbang CONCERT TOUR ～The First Dining～" was held for three days from Dec. 3-5 at Tokyo International Forum Hall A, and as it is Changmin's first solo tour after his debut, it garnered attention by selling out all seats for every performance in advance.
As a result, at the first performance, an additional concert to be held on Dec. 6-7 at Toyota Arena Tokyo was unexpectedly announced, raising the excitement at the venue to its peak. Thus, Changmin is set to color Japan hotly with a total of 20 performances in 8 cities, including Tokyo, Ishikawa, Hokkaido, Hyogo, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Aichi.
In addition, during this concert, Changmin showcased a diverse setlist including his recently released new Japanese single "My Bad," as well as the Japanese versions of "Maniac" and "Fever," along with various solo tracks and covers of Japanese artists. His outstanding vocal skills and relaxed stage manner created an overwhelming performance typical of a "luxurious vocalist," eliciting explosive responses from the audience packed in the concert hall.
Moreover, the Tokyo concert will be released as a live DVD and Blu-ray on Dec. 3, and the last performance on Sept. 5 is scheduled to be exclusively broadcast by Japan's largest satellite channel, WOWOW, in November, allowing fans to once again enjoy the emotions and aftereffects of the first solo national tour.
Changmin will continue the tour on the 13-14th in Honda-no-Mori Hokuden Hall in Ishikawa, Japan.
