Seo-a, the daughter of Lee Jung-hyun, made her acting debut on 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant.'
On the 5th, the KBS 2TV entertainment program 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant' (hereafter referred to as 'Fun-Staurant') revealed Lee Jung-hyun's second independent film directorial challenge.
In April, Lee Jung-hyun was invited to the Jeonju International Film Festival with her debut work, 'Going to See the Cherry Blossoms.' At that time, director Park Chan-wook, with whom she had a long-standing friendship, praised her, saying, 'Please help me,' and jokingly added, 'It's for investment.'
That day, Lee Jung-hyun said, 'I am now filming my second movie,' and added, 'I am attending graduate school, you know. I am preparing my graduation work. As with the last work, I am taking care of everything: directing, producing, acting, props, and costumes. I will also be playing multiple roles in this work.'
As she had to do everything alone, Lee Jung-hyun took care of not only props but also staff snacks overnight. She explained, 'I have to do all the production work. I also do the casting, which is largely done through my connections. This is because it is an independent film. Since there is no production budget, actor Baek Seung-cheol, who I know well, and my husband appeared in it. Many previous short films have also been released.'
The next day, Lee Jung-hyun, who woke up early in the morning, drew attention by preparing lunch for the staff. She commented, 'I am originally responsible for feeding the staff. This time, I had to prepare lunch boxes,' and quickly completed 40 rolls of gimbap and kimchi cold soup.
When her first daughter Seo-a woke up, Lee Jung-hyun asked, 'Seo-a also has to grants later. Can you do it well?' It turned out that due to the insufficient production budget, she had also asked Seo-a to appear. Shin Ji noted with a laugh, 'It's almost like a home industry for sister's movie.'

Before the full-scale shooting began, Lee Jung-hyun was busy moving around as a director and actor. She said, 'I have no time, so I have to do everything,' and immediately ran over to monitor after acting.
Finally, the moment when her daughter Seo-a made her debut arrived. Seo-a made an NG in her first attempt due to a passing butterfly. In response, Lee Jung-hyun said, 'You have to focus and not worry about the butterfly,' and Seo-a showcased her concentration in the second shooting and perfectly delivered, 'Sister, goodbye,' impressing everyone with her emotional performance.
Meanwhile, during the filming, her husband surprised her with coffee. Feeling awkward, Lee Jung-hyun reacted, 'What's up, The Man from Nowhere,' and added, 'Oh, I'm so embarrassed, quickly put this down and go away,' which brought laughter.
Afterward, Lee Jung-hyun treated the production staff with the lunch boxes she brought. During the meal, she asked the photographer, 'How was Seo-a's acting?' and the photographer praised, 'She really did well. She didn't cry or get annoyed at all.' Boom also added, 'It's the best acting I've seen this year.'
