In "Let's Go Go," Ayumi and Son Dam-bi reveal the fateful story of their first meeting with their husbands.
In the second preview video of Episode 10 of Season 5 of the MBN entertainment show "Let's Go Go," airing today (6th), Ayumi and Son Dam-bi share honest stories about marriage, capturing attention.
MC Ahn Jung-hwan asked Ayumi, "How did you meet your husband?" and Ayumi replied, "We met through a blind date. A member of Sugar held a baby shower and said, 'If you don't have a boyfriend, I'll introduce you to one.' That person is now my husband."
Ayumi continued, "We met for the first time and it was so much fun, and we communicated well. So, on the first day we met, we drank three bottles of wine," adding, "There was a comfort as if we had known each other before. From that day on, we met every day, and naturally, I said, 'Since we are of a certain age, it seems we need to meet with marriage in mind. If that's not the case, let's not waste time and break up now.' We then confirmed our feelings for each other and got married six months later."
Son Dam-bi also noted, "I met my husband for the first time on a variety show 10 years ago. We dated for over a year but broke up, and 10 years later we met again like a miracle." Son Dam-bi shared, "On my birthday, a close older sister took me to my husband's shop, saying, 'Do you want to meet your ex-boyfriend after a long time?' The moment I met my husband, I felt, 'I will marry this person,' highlighting the fateful circumstances that led to their marriage.
After hearing Son Dam-bi's story, Jasson empathized, saying, "I also felt that I would marry Hyun-hee," while Ahn Jung-hwan replied, "I also married for love, but to say that I decided to marry right after meeting someone is a lie," causing laughter.
"Let's Go Go" Season 5 features Ahn Jung-hwan and Hong Hyun-hee visiting special and meaningful places, such as a friend's house or a workplace that best represents the person, to share life stories in a national housewarming tour program, airing tonight (6th) at 8:20 p.m.
