The death rumor of YouTuber Daedoseogwan (real name Na Dong-hyun) has shocked internet users.
According to a report by Herald Economics on the 6th, Daedoseogwan was found dead at his home in Gwangjin-gu at about 8:40 a.m. that day. It is reported that he was discovered after a friend, who noted he did not show up at a scheduled time and was not responding to messages, notified the fire department and police.
Daedoseogwan is a first-generation YouTuber. He married popular YouTuber Yumdaeng in 2015, but the couple divorced by mutual agreement in 2023. At that time, Daedoseogwan explained, "It's not that we are separating for bad reasons. As we lived together, we wanted to focus more on our work, and originally, we matched better as friends. He remained cheerful even after the divorce. Daedoseogwan attended the 2026 S/S Seoul Fashion Week show at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Jung-gu, Seoul, with a bright face on the 4th. In May, he actively participated, sharing an update on social media stating, "#YouTube Festival was held in Seongsu-dong together with brands and marketers! Today, I'm a speaker."
