The group MONSTA X will present a remix version of their new title track 'N the Front.'
MONSTA X (Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, IM) released the remix digital single 'N the Front (H.ONE Remix)' at 1 p.m. today (the 5th) through various music sites.
This remix features member Hyungwon participating as DJ H.ONE, adding a special touch. He rearranged parts throughout the song and flexibly varied the flow, transforming the original track into a new resolution sound. Since 2017, Hyungwon has proven his DJ skills under the name DJ H.ONE, and this project is expected to showcase his expanded musicality once again.
The new mini album 'THE X,' released on the 1st, is a symbolic album that encapsulates MONSTA X's 10-year journey. The title track 'N the Front' contains MONSTA X's declaration of 'facing head-on without retreat,' and the vocal and rap lines boldly crossover each other's positions, proving a broad musical spectrum. The American music magazine Rolling Stone praised 'N the Front,' stating it "could appeal to various generations."
MONSTA X is continuing their meaningful journey this year, marking their 10th debut anniversary. In May, they achieved a complete lineup with Hyungwon's military discharge, and they successfully completed their 10th-anniversary concert 'CONNECT X' in Korea and Japan. They also showcased their stage dominance again on the 4th in a complete-performance music broadcast on the cable channel Mnet's 'M Countdown' after about five years.
