Singer and actress Yoon Hyun-sook, who is battling diabetes, has reported a health issue.
Yoon Hyun-sook posted on her social media on the 5th, saying, "I'm getting close with the hospital. I need to change my mindset. Getting close with the hospital isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's about preventing things ahead of time," along with a lengthy message.
Yoon Hyun-sook added, "Today, after fasting, I have a blood test. And one more thing to add. My eyes keep swelling. At first, I thought it was because I was eating salty food, but it's been 5 months like this. If a stranger saw me, they might think I've had something done to my eyes," and noted, "Even I think so, and this morning, my vision was blurry; I couldn't see my face in the mirror for a moment."
Yoon Hyun-sook added, "This is also a symptom that appears along with diabetes. It's been 5 months like this. Let's not postpone my eye clinic appointment any longer. I haven't done anything to my eyes. They are just swelling too much. There's something wrong, right?"
Additionally, Yoon Hyun-sook shared her latest updates through photos of herself waiting at the hospital for an examination and having a meal after the tests. In the published photos, Yoon Hyun-sook appeared to have a somewhat swollen face and looked exhausted, which raised concerns.
Earlier, Yoon Hyun-sook revealed that she is battling diabetes, explaining, "I lost weight down to 38 kg and couldn't even stand. The doctor said my heart muscle was at risk of shrinkage, which could lead to a dangerous condition of cardiac arrest."
Yoon Hyun-sook recently appeared in the film "The Last Homework," which premiered on the 3rd, alongside Um Tae-woong.
