In '20th Century Hit Song', Kim Hee-chul and Lee Mi-joo become so immersed in the poignant lyrics that they perform an impromptu sketch.
The 280th episode of KBS Joy's '20th Century Hit Song,' airing tonight (May 5) at 8:30 p.m., will focus on the theme 'Mixing makes it tastier? Genre fusion hit songs,' recalling beloved classic songs that showcased new music mixing two or more genres from that era.
That day's broadcast will introduce Young-Tuck's Club's 'Others.' This song, which received great love for its poignant lyrics and addictive melody, is also famous for its original attempt combining trot and dance.
After hearing the song, Lee Mi-joo sparks the atmosphere in the studio by saying, 'The rhythm is a bit sexy?' and showing off a wall dance. When Kim Hee-chul comments on the lyrics, 'Please hug me just once, it's the last night,' he notes, 'It feels like asking if you can have one last kiss before breaking up.' Lee Mi-joo responds directly, 'Have you ever done that, oppa?' showcasing their delightful chemistry.
The two then perform an impromptu sketch. Kim Hee-chul clings on, saying, 'Can't I get just one kiss before you go?' to which Lee Mi-joo retorts, 'Let go of this! You're always like this, oppa.' Kim Hee-chul continues his poignant(?) acting, asking, 'Just a kiss on the cheek...' making the scene a sea of laughter.
In addition, classic songs that boldly mixed genres, providing refreshing shocks to all of us, are expected to be revealed in tonight's (May 5) broadcast of '20th Century Hit Song' at 8:30 p.m.
