Today's broadcast takes them to the K-pop entertainment area in Seoul, a city that has garnered global attention. Park Na-rae introduces, 'The film 'K-pop Demon Hunters' is creating a global sensation, drawing interest in K-pop. Among fans, visiting entertainment company headquarters has become a popular tourist attraction.' Kim Suk adds, 'There is a unique atmosphere wherever major entertainment companies are located,' and reveals that they will explore the various properties around entertainment headquarters, building anticipation.
This K-pop entertainment district exploration features Red Velvet's Wendy, singer Lee Seok-hoon, and Yang Se-hyung acting as 'K-pop explorers' as they investigate the city.
Before diving into the exploration, Wendy reveals that her third mini-album will be released soon and will feature the title track 'Sunkiss,' which will make its debut on 'Homes.' All the coordinators reportedly enjoyed her sweet voice and effortless singing ability.
Recently, Lee Seok-hoon, who released a new song, also unveiled the title track 'Adulting,' and shared, 'Yoonha wrote and composed this for me. I loved it,' enchanting the studio.
Disguised as 'K-pop explorers,' Wendy, Lee Seok-hoon, and Yang Se-hyung head west in Seoul to the 'YG district,' which is filled with a free-spirited vibe. Yang Se-hyung explains, 'Since Mapo-gu is close to broadcasting stations, many entertainment companies are gathered here. There are even real estate companies specializing in entertainment properties.'
The three introduce a standalone APT. next to the new YG headquarters. The spacious living room's chic interior was flawless, and the green view overlooking the Gangbyeon Expressway through the large window captivated their attention. It is said that the open kitchen and small room offer a view of the YG headquarters.
Following this, the trio explores the APT. line along the Han River in Bamseom, famous for being the residence of YG artists. They enter an apartment known to have been lived in by K-pop stars. Unable to contain their amazement, the three are struck speechless by the panoramic view of the Han River visible through the large living room window. Yang Se-hyung praises, 'This is the first time I've seen an apartment so close to Bamseom. I love the warmth it gives off.'
While thoroughly exploring the apartment, Wendy expresses, 'I have a dream. I need to work harder,' while Lee Seok-hoon also indicates, 'This exploration definitely motivated me,' raising expectations for the properties.
