Singer and actor Lee Seung-gi's wife, Lee Da-in, publicly criticized rapper MC Mong.
On the 4th, Lee Da-in posted on her social media (SNS), "What is the reason for making a fuss by posting a photo that is over a year old? I really can't understand it," along with a captured photo. The photo was taken on July 18, 2024, at 11:17 p.m., and Lee Da-in emphasized that it was not a photo taken recently.
The day before, MC Mong had posted the photo along with the caption "Bam!!!", revealing his friendship with Lee Seung-gi. The photo he shared included the Lee Seung-gi couple, Lee Da-in's sister, actress Lee Yu-bi, and Cha Ga-won, chairman of Piak Group. He posted it while preparing to study abroad after stepping down from running his music producer label.
This post later drew attention as it was reported by various media outlets. However, Lee Da-in expressed discomfort over the disclosure of past photos without her consent.
Lee Da-in married Lee Seung-gi in 2023 and gave birth to a daughter last year. She is the daughter of actress Kyun Mi-ri and the biological sister of Lee Yu-bi.
