Starting from the 39th episode, airing today (4th), tvN's 'Handsome Guys' (directed by Ryu Ho-jin, Yoon In-hye, Lee Seung-hwan, hereafter 'Handsomes') will undergo a makeover as five men, who previously lacked nothing, suddenly find themselves 'lacking'. This light-hearted entertainment show follows the five men's delightful efforts to navigate this challenge. The first theme is 'life without air conditioning', where Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Dong-hyun, Lee Yi-kyung, Shin Seung-ho, and Oh Sang-wook, having to spend a day without air conditioning in sweltering heat, are expected to provide sizzling and raw laughter through their struggles.
On that day, even while sitting still, sweat will flow relentlessly during the 'life without air conditioning'. A scenario unfolds where the members' survival instincts explode. The production team has launched a 'room temperature quiz' mission where only one person who answers the quiz correctly can enter the air-conditioned room and enjoy a break.
Since they need to carry the cushion to the quiz spot at the end of the hallway, challenging without knowing the answer results in mission failure and only adds to the heat. Amid this, Cha Tae-hyun, who has already adapted to the heat and whose combat power has dropped to zero, refuses to participate in the race, saying, "I'm not hot. It's just perfect," and engages in a sudden act of sitting by the window to meditate, bringing laughter. However, as the first correct answer is claimed and the sweet phrase "Proceed with power cooling~" echoes, the heat of the cushion race intensely rises amid the envy of the rampaging members.
