The close friendship between 'national siblings' Yoo Jae-suk and Lee Hyori shone brightly once again.
Yoo Jae-suk recently sent a large flower pot to congratulate Lee Hyori on the opening of her yoga studio in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun District, Seoul. A photo was posted on the yoga studio's official social media without any explanation, featuring a flower pot adorned with a bright ribbon and the phrase 'May Director Lee Hyori prosper.' This is known to have been personally sent by Yoo Jae-suk, drawing attention.
In doing so, the two demonstrated again the loyalty typical of 'national siblings' shown on entertainment shows. Yoo Jae-suk warmly supported the new beginning of his younger sister Lee Hyori, with whom he has worked for a long time, showcasing their unchanging friendship.
Earlier, Lee Hyori garnered attention by opening a yoga studio in Yeonhui-dong. Regarded as a representative 'yogi' in the entertainment industry, she plans to be directly involved in its operation, and the yoga studio stated, 'We politely decline all sponsorships and offers. We aim to create a space for quiet concentration,' indicating a thorough exclusion of commercial elements.
The name 'Ananda Yoga' has also attracted attention. This is a name created by Lee Hyori in 2020 as a yoga alter ego, a symbolic word she cared for enough to tattoo on herself. Lee Hyori has continually practiced yoga for over ten years and has left a deep impression on the public by doing yoga every morning on variety shows such as 'Hyori's Bed and Breakfast' and 'Camping Club.'
Lee Hyori married singer Lee Sang-soon in 2013 and lived in Jeju Island for a long time before moving her residence to Pyeongchang-dong in Seoul last year. This time, she is opening another chapter in her life as the director of a yoga studio, eliciting expectations from fans and the public.
