A member and rapper of a famous mixed group, referred to as Mr. A, has been revealed to be involved in an adultery lawsuit.
According to a media report on the 4th, Mr. A's wife, referred to as Ms. B, filed a lawsuit for damages amounting to 30 million won for illegal acts (adultery) against Ms. C, who had a relationship with Mr. A, at the Suwon District Court on the 3rd.
The complaint states that Mr. A and Ms. C have maintained an affair since April of last year and that they are currently living together at Ms. C's house. Mr. A and Ms. B have several children and are currently in the midst of divorce proceedings.
Mr. A has been living apart from Ms. B since April of last year due to domestic violence, and he has introduced Ms. C as his girlfriend to acquaintances. In particular, it has been reported that he was intimate with Ms. C even when his children were at home.
There were instances when the children were aware of this. When the children revealed this fact to Ms. B, Mr. A reportedly assaulted them and threatened, 'This is why your mom and dad are fighting,' and 'If you mention this again, I'll really abandon you.'
As a result, it has been reported that Mr. A received a temporary restraining order regarding access to the children, which has now been lifted.
Mr. A's legal representative stated through the media, 'Ms. C has been involved in an affair with Mr. A since April of last year, and in July of last year, they were caught by the children in bed together, naked and hugging.' They continued, 'Despite Ms. B's requests for Mr. A to stop seeing Ms. C, Mr. A continued the affair, which led to the breakdown of their marriage and eventually to divorce proceedings.'
Additionally, the representative noted that 'During this process, both Ms. B and the children suffered tremendous psychological distress. Ms. C is responsible for compensating Ms. B for her mental suffering,' and claimed 30 million won in damages.
