Former announcer and broadcaster Kim Dae-ho sought advice from K.will regarding tax concerns.
On the 3rd, the channel 'Hyung-soo is K.will' uploaded a video titled "Which is less forgivable, a physical affair or an emotional affair?"
On that day, 'Knowing Hyung-soo' featured Kim Dae-ho, who is currently active as a broadcaster after signing a contract with an agency following his recent resignation as an announcer, as a guest. Kim Dae-ho asked K.will, "Hyung, are you now a director?" referring to K.will's new role as a director at Starship Entertainment.
In response, Kim Dae-ho said, "I am a Vice Administrator," and K.will remarked, "This is funny. You have gone from being employed to being freelance, while I have always been a contract worker now becoming a regular employee," adding, "I am receiving a salary for the first time since I was born."
Kim Dae-ho jokingly said, "We can interview each other today. You can ask about the feeling of being an employee," and K.will asked directly, "Are you ready to pay your income tax? Are you mentally prepared?"
Then Kim Dae-ho expressed his frustration, saying, "I was actually going to ask you about that. When I was working at the company, taxes were just processed automatically with a few clicks and it was all over. I didn't have to worry about anything," before asking, "Do you know any tax accountants?"
In response, K.will boasted, "I have been using the same tax accountant for a long time. I was selected as a model taxpayer consecutively last year and this year."
Kim Dae-ho remarked, "That's not an ordinary situation. Because the settlement system is completely different from that of an employee's. Employees get paid for a month of work at the end of the month. But I found that the income earned doesn't get settled immediately; it comes out as a result later, making this system different from being employed," expressing confusion over the differing systems.
Hearing this, K.will advised, "Oh? Based on what comes to me, there may be some differences in the taxes for last year and this year. For example, if what I earned in December last year comes in this year, it gets added to next year's taxes."
