Lee Sang-min and Kim Jun-ho are heading to SBS 'My Turn', where they will be grabbed by the collar by Lee Kyung-kyu.
SBS Thursday entertainment program 'One Shot Project - My Turn' (hereinafter 'My Turn') has set a record for the highest rating in its '2049 viewership' while firmly holding its position as the number one entertainment show in the same time slot, with unexpected dopamine-pumping laughter and absurd stories unfolding as seven participants, including Lee Kyung-kyu, Tak Jae-hoon, Choo Sung Hoon, Lee Soo-ji, Kim Won-hoon, Park Ji-hyun, and Nam Yoon-soo, work towards creating a fictional trot idol team.
In the 5th episode airing tonight (4th) at 9 p.m., the extravagant stage of the trot idol 'Bongtan Sonyeondan', who dressed up as 'Teenieping' to target young fans, and the first dining scene that follows will be revealed. However, the dining gathering that started pleasantly quickly escalates into a storm of tension and shattered teamwork, turning the scene into complete chaos. In front of Lee Soo-ji, who appears as 'Hanra', the members openly gossip, causing a rift in their relationships, and the previously cheerful atmosphere suddenly becomes deadly serious, particularly when manager Kim Won-hoon looks straight at veteran Lee Kyung-kyu and bluntly declares, "Bongtan Sonyeondan won't get any gigs, and no one will put them on stage," causing an unprecedented crisis by instantly dropping the producer's credibility. Adding fuel to the fire, he also insists, "The only senior I respect is Yoo Jae-suk," properly hitting Lee Kyung-kyu's anger button.
The members watching this urged, "Won-hoon, get it together," but Kim Won-hoon didn't stop his rampage. He lamented, "This is the only place I'm treated like this; I currently have 3.45 million subscribers on YouTube." The chaotic dining gathering of Bongtan Sonyeondan, filled with laughter and tears, along with manager Kim Won-hoon's heart-wrenching story, will be revealed in the upcoming 5th episode.
Meanwhile, Lee Kyung-kyu's troubles are far from over. He made every effort to get Bongtan Sonyeondan featured on 'SBS Inkigayo', but the feedback was shocking: a direct remark stating he is "a has-been in the entertainment industry." Additionally, while dining with member Tak Jae-hoon, he coincidentally overheard Kim Jun-ho and Lee Sang-min gossiping about having no guts to shoot a new entertainment program with Lee Kyung-kyu, intensifying the situation. In the end, a rare brawl broke out, with water peace and collar grabbing occurring, and even Tak Jae-hoon, who recently became a newlywed, exploded with feelings of betrayal toward the two.
The tough production of the trot idol, pushed to the brink, can be seen tonight at 9 p.m. on 'One Shot Project - My Turn'.
