Lend Seol Woon-do expressed his honest concerns about the South Korean team participating in the '2025 Korea-Japan King of Trot Competition.'

MC Shin Dong-yeob referenced the South Korean team's victory in the last season, stating that this year is "completely different from last year," raising expectations. Lin, a participant from last season, is participating as a judge this time and recalled, "I barely won last year," suggesting that this season will be even more competitive.
This 'Korea-Japan King of Trot Competition' will proceed in a best-of-three format, with a preliminarily round called 'Ranking Exploration' taking place before the main competition. In this competition, the top seven from both Korea and Japan will face off against each other by rank, and the outcome will be determined solely by the evaluation of the Korean and Japanese judging panels.
Lin expressed her empathy with the participants regarding the new rule, saying, "I think I would feel really bad if I lose," while Daeseong also noted, "It hurts your pride to be left behind when playing with your peers," eliciting laughter.
Meanwhile, Seol Woon-do candidly shared his concerns about the fact that the average age of the Japanese team is 28.1 years, saying, "The Japanese team looks younger than the South Korean team," and added, "I am worried."
