Singer So Hyang has divorced after 25 years of marriage.
On the 3rd, her agency KQ Entertainment stated, "So Hyang has decided to support each other's paths based on ample communication and mutual respect."
They also noted, "The divorce was not due to fault of either party, but a mutual agreement," and requested that "distorted or indiscriminate reports and comments be refrained from."
Additionally, the agency stated that they would provide necessary support and consideration so that So Hyang can focus on her music activities, and asked for continued support for So Hyang's future endeavors.
That morning, So Hyang revealed in an interview with a media outlet that she divorced her ex-husband after 25 years of marriage in 2023. So Hyang's ex-husband is a figure she worked with in the CCM group POS; the two married in 1998. They have no children together.
