On the 3rd, an interview with actor Gong Myoung for the Netflix film 'Love Untangled' took place at a cafe in Seogyeok-dong, Seoul.
'Love Untangled' is a youth romance that unfolds in 1998 as 19-year-old girl Park Se-ri plans a strategy to straighten her lifelong complex of curly hair before a once-in-a-lifetime confession, entangling herself with the transfer student Han Yoon-seok.
Gong Myoung, who plays the transfer student Han Yoon-seok with a story from Seoul, revealed about his own popularity during his school days.
Previously, Gong Myoung's younger brother, NCT's Doyoung, appeared on MBC's 'Home Alone' and noted, "My brother is quite famous in Gunpo, so I was known as his younger brother."
Regarding the popularity proven by his younger brother, Gong Myoung said, "It's not a lie. My brother Kang Joon was said to be as famous as 'Sambon Vitamin.' I wasn't that famous. Since I had such an amazing brother next to me, I did say, 'It's not that much,' but I wasn't unpopular."
He continued, "There is a 2-year age difference between us, so we went to the same elementary and middle schools. I had my own modest popularity. When I entered high school, the senior girls would notice me," he said with a laugh, adding, "I will acknowledge my popularity."
