Chin Young radiates true charm in the role of Jeon Dong-min in "Ms. Incognito."
The ENA original "Ms. Incognito" (directed by Park Yu-young, written by Hyun Kyu-ri, planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by KROSS Pictures and Tree Studio), premiering at 10 p.m. on Sept. 29 (Monday), is a crime romance drama in which a female bodyguard from a humble background must change her identity and survive for three months while dodging those after a massive inheritance, after dreaming of a big break through a contract marriage with a terminally ill conglomerate chairman.
In the drama, the character Jeon Dong-min, played by Chin Young, is a single dad who raises strawberries and his son in Muchang Village. Once an exceptional taekwondo athlete with aspirations of becoming a national representative, he was known for his friendly personality but has since developed a cynical outlook on life due to the hardships of raising his son alone.
Even while engaging in daily arguments with his seven-year-old son over their favorite girl group, he shows a childish side, yet he dreams of being the strongest support for his son. Amidst this, a new teacher with an impressive resume, Bu-se-mi (played by Jeon Ye-bin), arrives at his son's kindergarten, causing Jeon Dong-min's instincts to stir once again. Attention is focused on whether Jeon Dong-min's instincts will prove accurate.
The released photos capture the ordinary life of Jeon Dong-min, the strawberry farm owner and devoted single dad. After a hard day spent carrying boxes of strawberries as a farm owner, he finds comfort in spending time with his son, a look of relaxation evident on his face.
In contrast, Jeon Dong-min's sharp gaze, with his muscular build and stern expression, creates a sense of tension as he keeps a close watch on others. The arrival of teacher Bu-se-mi is expected to bring a turning point in Jeon Dong-min's life.
