'I am SOLO' Season 28's Kyung-soo revealed that he is a former soccer player.
On the 3rd, the reality dating program 'I am SOLO' (hereinafter 'I am Solo'), broadcast on ENA and SBS Plus, featured the 28th season's single men and women in a 'divorced special'.
From his appearance, Kyung-soo caught attention with his tall stature, stating he is 193 cm tall. He said, 'I used to be a soccer player. I started my career in '88 and played until 2017, which is exactly 30 years.' He added, 'I had a professional career for 16 years but only scored one goal. Fortunately, that goal is recorded as the longest-distance goal.'
Additionally, Kyung-soo mentioned that famous soccer players such as Lee Cheon-soo, Kim Nam-il, Lee Geun-ho, and Kim Jung-woo graduated from the prestigious soccer high school he attended. He noted, 'I was also a national representative. I played during the friendly match against Uruguay in North and Central America under coach Guus Hiddink in 2002,' and 'I played as a professional player until 40 years old for a total of 10 teams.'
Meanwhile, Kyung-soo revealed that he divorced after 12 years of marriage, stating, 'We were separated for 3 years and went through a mutual divorce, but it took time. We both made some efforts, but we divorced due to personality differences.'
