On the 4th, MBC's "Save Me! Homes" (directed by Jeong Da-hee, Nam Yu-jung, Kim Wan-cheol, Heo Ja-yun, Kim Seong-nyeon, hereinafter "Homes") will feature singer Lee Seok-hoon and Wendy of "Red Velvet" venturing into the K-Pop entertainment district.
This episode will explore the K-Pop entertainment road in Seoul, a city that has caught the attention of the world. Park Na-rae introduces, "The movie 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' is creating a global sensation, and interest in K-Pop is also intensifying. Among fans, visiting entertainment company headquarters has become a tourist attraction." Kim Suk noted, "There is a unique atmosphere wherever large entertainment companies are situated," and she announced they will explore various properties in the vicinity.
This K-Pop entertainment district venture features Wendy of "Red Velvet," singer Lee Seok-hoon, and Yang Se-hyung exploring the city as K-Pop venture hunters. Their first destination is the SM headquarters located next to Seoul Forest, which is one of the apartments among the 'Three Giants of Seongsu.'
Lee Seok-hoon, who obtained the sale price of the APT., remarked, "I will view it with a critical eye today. It makes me feel uncomfortable to see a house that is too good." Joo Woo-jae, who checked the exterior of the APT., commented, "The security is not easy-going, and it stresses me out every time I visit," while Park Na-rae added, "Only registered individuals are allowed access."
Upon entering the APT., the three found themselves in a spacious living room with views of Seoul Forest and the Han River. Lee Seok-hoon and Wendy expressed, "This is a view that would make every day happy." Yang Se-hyung, feeling a unique openness, explained, "The average floor height of APT.s in our country is about 2.2 meters, but here it is 2.9 meters from the 10th floor up," raising expectations.
Next, the three headed to 'Cube Entertainment' located in the Seongsu Station area. As a well-established agency for global idols, the first floor, adorned with large idol posters, hosts a café filled with global fans. International fans recognizing Yang Se-hyung commented, "I saw him on the entertainment show Running Man," causing some laughter as they mistook him for Yang Se-chan.
While exploring inside the agency, they discovered the boy group "NOWZ" in the dance practice room. Lee Seok-hoon warmly greeted leader Hyun-bin, stating, "We met five years ago on an audition program as teacher and student." NOWZ members revealed, "Nowadays, idols receive training in personal color diagnosis as a basic requirement, along with personality education, dictation practices, history quizzes, and even exploring neologisms," amazing everyone.
