BLACKPINK's Jennie is transferring her personal label office to Hannam-dong.
According to the real estate industry on the 3rd, the personal label Odd Atelier established by Jennie is preparing to transfer to a newly built building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul.
Odd Atelier is reportedly planning to transfer to a new building in Hannam-dong following the expiration of the lease contract for the detached house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan District, which is currently being used as the office, in October, and move in after interior construction in November.
The new building is a small building with 1 basement level and 4 above-ground levels, with a total area of 927 square meters. Designed by architect Hong Tae-seon, the purchase price is estimated at 45 billion won, and as of the end of last year, it was listed on the rental market with a deposit of 1.5 to 2.5 billion won and a monthly rent level of 60 to 80 million won.
Earlier, the existing building of Jennie's agency faced controversy for unlawfully changing the use of a building approved for art museum purposes into an office, violating building regulations.
Meanwhile, Jennie established the personal label Odd Atelier in November 2023 and is currently conducting the 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 'DEADLINE'' across a total of 16 cities and 31 performances.
