'Single's Inferno' introduced a surprise guest ahead of its launch.
On the 2nd at the JW Dongdaemun Marriott Hotel in Seoul, the 'Netflix Entertainment Festival 2025' took place.
Attendees included 'Single's Inferno' Hwang Seul-woo, 'Physical: Asia' Jang Ho-gi, 'Three Meals in Kenya,' 'Lee Seo-jin's Dalla Dalla' Kim Ye-seul, 'Culinary Class Wars: Class Warfare 2' Kim Hak-min, 'Single's Inferno 5' Kim Jae-won, 'Mystery Investigation Team 2' Jeong Jong-yeon, 'Kian's Bizarre B&B,' 'Yoo Jae-suk Camp' Lee So-min, and 'Better Late Than Single' Kim No-eun PD.
In particular, as 'Single's Inferno' is set to launch on the 23rd, director Hwang Seul-woo PD noted, "This time, the 'Single's Inferno' series has met Netflix, and the theme, story, and scale of the set have been upgraded. The fact that many legendary players that everyone has been waiting for have gathered in one place is an upgraded aspect," raising expectations.
The role-playing mystery game 'Single's Inferno,' where the players become suspects and detectives to find the hidden culprit among them, returns with Jang Jin, Park Ji-yoon, Jang Dong-min, Kim Ji-hoon, and Ahn Yu-jin. With popular players from past seasons all coming together, this 'Single's Inferno' is expected to provide thrilling experiences with upgraded tricks, settings, and players' extraordinary plays.
Regarding casting players, he explained, "Since we are meeting global viewers through Netflix, I thought there might be some who originally know the series, but also some who are unfamiliar. I believed we needed contributors who could showcase the identity of 'Single's Inferno.' Thus, I thought that not only Park Ji-yoon, Jang Jin, and Jang Dong-min, but everyone was a suitable member."
Additionally, the guest system has been revived. PD Hwang said, "This time, the guest system has been reinstated. Every episode will feature welcome guests who will actively participate in the mystery game, such as actor Park Sung-woong and Joo Hyun-young, creating legendary episodes. Joo Hyun-young, being experienced in 'Single's Inferno,' performed outstandingly, and I was surprised by Park Sung-woong's immersive performance, so I would appreciate it if you could look forward to it. There are also amazing guests aside from these, so I hope for your expectations."
