Actress Park Min-young is once again raising concerns among fans with her frail figure.
On the afternoon of the 1st, at the Stanford Hotel Korea in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, the production presentation for the new weekend drama "Confidence Man KR" by TV Chosun was held, where Park Min-young appeared in a nude-toned slim dress. Her body line was fully exposed, highlighting her slender S-curve.
However, she was too thin. There was hardly any excess weight to be found. The cute baby fat of Yu-mi from her "High Kick!" days was nowhere to be seen, and her shoulder blades stood out, causing concern among viewers.
Park Min-young also faced health rumors when she appeared in the new tvN Monday-Tuesday drama "Marry My Husband" last January. Since she took on the role of Kang Ji-won, who lives a second round of life, she had actually lost weight to 37 kg to portray a terminally ill character.
At that time, Park Min-young said, "There are points that absolutely should not be taken lightly, so I pondered a lot about how I could express this in any way to gather as much information as possible. As a result, losing weight healthily didn't quite convey the feeling. I absolutely do not recommend this to you all, but when I was dieting and filming, I was just barely holding on with electrolyte drinks."
She continued, "In fact, I found it harder to gain weight. My stomach has become so small. Still, with a joyful heart, I wondered when I could pour my passion into this character, considering my age, so I tried really hard one last time to muster great strength."
Park Min-young, who had previously returned with a skeletal visual, has come back once again with her new drama. This role is that of a con artist leader, Yoon Yi-rang, who possesses an IQ of 165 and belongs to the top 1% of genius brains. Although she transformed into the shocking character of a con artist in a "capper" story, her frail visual has raised even more concerns.
Meanwhile, "Confidence Man KR" is a con story about three con artists with versatile skills seeking revenge against the villains of this era. It foresees the birth of a "K-capper" that cleverly digs into the flaws of the social system with an exciting storyline that joyfully beats the existing crime genre's grammar.
