CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Seonghyeon, Gunho) released all four parts of the documentary 'What We Want' on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel at 8 p.m. on the 1st. This documentary portrays the journey of the five members as they search for 'our own music' while working on their debut album 'COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES'.
The documentary details a song camp held last year in Los Angeles, California. Raw, unedited live recordings captured in the studio and scenes of recording demo tracks while giving each other direction are particularly captivating. The process of gradually finding their own style while collaborating with overseas musicians is impressive. The global writers who worked with CORTIS noted, 'It seems like they really enjoy recording and making music,' 'Each member has their own uniqueness,' and 'It was something completely different from the K-pop we've heard so far.' They also compared their music to fashion, saying, 'The style is amazing.'
