Tak Jae-hoon mentioned 'grants' while appearing on 'Over-Immersion Club,' eliciting laughter.
On the morning of 2nd, a press conference for TV Chosun's new entertainment program 'My Way - Over-Immersion Club' was held at the TV Chosun Ga-san Studio in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul. The conference featured Tak Jae-hoon, Chae Jung-an, Yunho of TVXQ, Lee Teuk, Mimi, and producer Kim Hana, who engaged in discussions.
'My Way - Over-Immersion Club' is a reality show observing the daily lives of people who immerse themselves in various subjects. Tak Jae-hoon, Chae Jung-an, Yunho, Lee Teuk, and Mimi will join as MCs to reveal moments of over-immersion in everyday life.
On that day, when asked why he decided to appear on 'Over-Immersion Club,' Tak Jae-hoon noted, "The theme was so good. Anyone can over-immerse themselves. Of course, over-immersion is something one determines for oneself. It's about what you're interested in, whether you're over-immersed or not. You can't film if you're over-immersed in things like coins. You can be over-immersed in romance or love, but outside of that, what can we film? I thought about various things."
He said, "You'll know when you watch the broadcast, but I had fun while filming. Strangely, I tried not to over-immerse myself at first, but I started to get into it midway. This is my first time, and since I'm interested, I realized I can over-immerse myself, and I discovered new sides of myself while filming. There is a trend in the format of broadcasts, isn't there? Nowadays, many shows aim for the format where you watch VCRs and then talk inside. I thought it would be comfortable because of that. I've been out and about so much, so it turned out well for me."
He continued, "TV Chosun generously gives grants. Look at them? I wanted to try it out once since it was said to be six episodes. No matter how tough it is, isn't six times doable? Anything can happen within that. I started knowing it was six episodes, but then suddenly I heard news that I might become a regular midway through. I wondered what was going on."
He added, "I was really looking forward to it, but we filmed the first recording last week. Except for Teuk, it's all new for me. Because I've been doing this for so long, I feel like I see the atmosphere when recording and editing to air, which feels familiar to me. It was really fun. Even during the recording and afterwards, I remember telling the producer that it was fun and would go well. You all can judge, but among ourselves, we were over-immersed while recording."
Meanwhile, 'My Way - Over-Immersion Club' will air for the first time on 3rd at 10 p.m.
