'Blues Band' Choi Hang-seok and Boogie Monster have collaborated with 'soul vocal' singer Jeong In for a special project.
The new song 'A Story Remembered by This Song,' featuring Choi Hang-seok, Boogie Monster, and Jeong In, will be released on the 4th at 6 p.m.
'A Story Remembered by This Song,' for which Choi Hang-seok wrote the lyrics himself, is a track that evokes distant memories of the past, bringing the emotions that dominated the 1980s Korean music scene to listeners.
Furthermore, this new song showcases a powerful voice and emotionally stimulating performance from Choi Hang-seok, the vocalist of Korea's top blues band Boogie Monster, combined with the distinct timbre of Jeong In, a representative singer of soul vocals, resulting in a variety of emotions.
Regarding the collaboration with Jeong In, Choi Hang-seok noted, 'This project started through my connection with singer Jung Yup,' adding, 'Dueting with Jeong In, who is the most soulful singer, was the top of my bucket list as someone pursuing black blues music,' revealing his special affection.
Ahead of the release, a teaser video for 'A Story Remembered by This Song' will be unveiled on the 2nd at 6 p.m., and the full music video, which will enhance the song's atmosphere, will be available alongside the audio.
