Actress Lee Si-young, who is pregnant with her second child, has unveiled her healthy eating habits.
On the 1st, a video titled 'The reason I gained 4 kg at 8 months pregnant' was posted on the channel 'Ppushiyoung.'
Lee revealed her own diet recipe, which minimizes weight changes even during pregnancy. She especially showcased basil pesto purchased from a department store, explaining that it made her crave sandwiches.
Lee also showcased passion fruit, noting, 'It's in season, so I eat it, and they say it's really good for women. I love sour things, and it's really tangy and refreshing.' Lee expressed her deep affection for passion fruit, saying she has been stacking it on the table to eat.
Lee enjoys kimbap, egg tteokbokki, and non-alcoholic beer as well. She explained, 'Eating rice cakes or flour products for dinner doesn't digest well. It's something simple to eat.' Lee stated, 'Everything I have eaten throughout this week has been diet food. I don't need to diet, nor do I have a reason to, but I usually like to eat healthily.'
Lee mentioned, 'I have always liked eating healthily, but recently my dad's health declined, so the first thing I did was replace all the pots, cooking utensils, and rice cookers. That was the first thing. I am also trying to use organic and better ingredients for food materials. I switched to mushroom rice, which is organic. It was due to my father, but both my sister and I are very satisfied.'
