The group PURPLE KISS is unveiling their first English album.
PURPLE KISS (Na Go-eun, Do Si, Ire, Yuki, Chae In, Su An) will release their first English album 'OUR NOW' today at 6 p.m. through various streaming sites.
PURPLE KISS included double title tracks with contrasting atmospheres for the first time since their debut. The first title track 'DOREMI' is a song like a magical spell that creates love. It features new content rather than a simple Korean version adaptation. PURPLE KISS sings about emotions and hope blooming through music and carries a message of finding one's own motivation amid repetitive reality. In contrast, the second title track 'WANT U BACK' tells a story of love that one cannot let go and sings of a heart that cannot resist attraction.
'DOREMI' will also be accompanied by a music video. The story of PURPLE KISS, overcoming feelings of fear while pledging for a new and hopeful future, is depicted. The members will symbolically represent 'our now' as they move together toward happiness, breaking free from their respective repetitive realities.
In addition, 'OUR NOW' includes a total of eight tracks, such as 'Unhappily Ever After,' which expresses the process of warm emotions turning cold; 'Ponzona,' which captures an unavoidable charm spreading like poison; 'Zombie,' which likens push-and-pull feelings to a game of tag among zombies; 'memeM,' which captivates listeners with PURPLE KISS's unique charm; 'Sweet Juice,' which represents the moments of liberation and freedom breaking the chains of oppression; and '7HEAVEN,' which likens shared time to a brilliant festival.
'OUR NOW' is an album that extends from PURPLE KISS's single album released last July, 'I Miss My...,' expanding the theme of 'happiness' from the individual to the collective. Now that we can convey our feelings with just a glance, PURPLE KISS hopes to become the meaning and happiness in each other's lives.
Meanwhile, PURPLE KISS's first English album 'OUR NOW' will be released today at 6 p.m. through various streaming sites. Following this, PURPLE KISS will kick off their world tour 'PURPLE KISS 2025 TOUR: A Violet to Remember' in Japan on September 13, aiming to engage in more heartfelt communication with global fans.
