On the 31st broadcast of MBN's 'Love after Divorce 7', while on a youthful date with Lee Dong-gun, Jo Ah-reum could not answer clearly regarding her children. This was because the status of the women's children had not been disclosed yet.
Jo Ah-reum said, "The marriage lasted for six years. I have children. I have a daughter who just started elementary school, an 8-year-old daughter," and added, "And I also have a 6-year-old son." Jo Ah-reum said, "It was hard to make the decision to divorce, but I decided to divorce for my happiness and that of my children. The day after I made the decision, when I woke up, the world felt completely white. I think I cried a lot while hugging the kids in the morning." She added, "It hits me when the kids are sick. I take them to the hospital for IV after work and come back home. Then, the next day, I wrap their wounds and send them back to kindergarten before I go back to work, and after repeating that for a few days, I think I cried every night while coming home."
