The group I-dle has begun its pre-release activities ahead of the release of their Japanese album 'I-dle'.
The members of I-dle (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Woogie, Shuhua) revealed the album cover, concept photos, and tracklist for their upcoming Japanese EP 'I-dle', set to be released on Oct. 3, through their official social media on the 30th.
In the artwork, I-dle reinterpreted a timeless local atmosphere from the 1980s to the 2000s in their uniquely strong style. They emphasized a vintage charm that's markedly different from the atmosphere of the Korean albums they've previously released.
The Japanese EP 'I-dle', which I-dle is releasing after their rebranding, includes a total of five tracks. This includes the title track 'Eotteokhaji (どうしよっかな)', a self-composed song by Soyeon, as well as three new songs: 'Forever goodbye to the world I couldn't love (愛せなかった世界へ永遠にじゃあね)', 'Invincible', and the Japanese versions of I-dle's hit songs 'I hate being sick' and 'Queencard'. Previously, the Japanese version of 'I hate being sick' was unexpectedly revealed on the stage of 'Summer Sonic 2025', receiving a warm response from local audiences.
I-dle will launch their first arena tour in Japan following the release of the EP. They plan to hold concerts in Saitama Super Arena on Oct. 4 and 5, and at the Zepp Kobe Arena on Oct. 18 and 19, where they will meet local fans.
