The group 82Major (82MAJOR) is targeting fans in Japan.
82Major (Nam Seong-mo, Park Seok-jun, Yoon Ye-chan, Jo Seong-il, Hwang Seong-bin, Kim Do-kyun) will perform today, 30th, at the 'EveryOne Fes in Aichi Sky Expo 2025' in Nagoya, Japan.
This festival is the first event held in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Korea and Japan. It is a complex cultural festival where K-pop and J-pop artists will jointly perform, bringing together representative artists from both countries to showcase various performances.
On this day, 82Major will meet local fans with a setlist that includes strong performances and a musical spectrum featuring 'Takeover' and more. They are expected to captivate Japanese audiences with their unique energy and stage presence.
Known as 'performance-based idols,' 82Major has continuously demonstrated a distinct presence on stage since their debut. After completing their North American tour, they drew attention with a powerful performance at 'Waterbomb Busan 2025,' followed by a photoshoot and interview with the well-known American magazine NYLON, expanding their foothold in the North American market. They also recently appeared on stage at 'KCON LA 2025,' continuing their global journey.
Additionally, on the 22nd, they left a strong impression at the representative music awards in the Chinese-speaking region, 'TIMA (TMElive International Music Awards),' presenting a stage called 'Heroic Legend,' inspired by the movie 'A Better Tomorrow.' This performance has gained attention in the Chinese music market as well.
This festival will be an opportunity for 82Major to showcase their capabilities once again on the global stage and to directly interact with local fans in Japan.
82Major will hold their first domestic fan meeting, '82DE WORLD,' at the Donghae Cultural Arts Center at Kwangwoon University in Seoul on September 20.
