The 'Jun Hyun-moo Project 2' featuring Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube enjoyed a proper food trip in Ganghwa Island with actress Lee Sun-bin, bringing healing to viewers at home. Meanwhile, Jun Hyun-moo caught attention by offering advice based on experience to Lee Sun-bin, who has been in a public relationship with actor Lee Kwang-soo for eight years.
In the 44th episode of 'Jun Hyun-moo Project 2', aired on MBN and Channel S on the afternoon of the 29th, Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin) visited Ganghwa Island for 'one-day sea travel' part two, digging out only the specialties of Ganghwa Island. They visited a special Chinese dish found through 'viewer plans' and explored local restaurants serving 'bandaengi' (a type of fish) and flower crab soup, providing fresh information and fun.
On this day, Jun Hyun-moo, who visited Ganghwa Island, declared, "After Daecheong Island last week, Ganghwa Island is also a 'one-day sea travel' attraction. It's just 1 hour from Seoul." Immediately afterward, Jun Hyun-moo said, "The first restaurant is one trusted by 'viewer plans,' as a viewer recommended this place with a 30-year tradition," and headed to a Chinese restaurant located in the Ganghwa terminal complex. There, the two sampled jjangmyeon with local yellow sweet potato and lion's foot wormwood, sweet and sour pork topped with Ganghwa radish, and spicy seafood jjambong filled with various seafood. After continuously praising the dishes with comments like, "The texture is interesting. It's worth lining up for," the two headed to Ganghwa Folk Market to meet their 'food friend' Lee Sun-bin.
The three carefully selected a table at one of the many bandaengi restaurants on the second floor of the market. Shortly after, bandaengi sashimi was served, and the first to taste it, Lee Sun-bin, exclaimed, "It's not fishy at all, and it's so delicious," causing her pupils to widen. Following that, Jun Hyun-moo, who tasted the bandaengi salad topped with three-leaf stem, praised, "The bandaengi is extraordinary," and during the last course, the grilled bandaengi was shared by all three, eating with their hands and crunching on the bones, truly showcasing a great food experience.
Having warmed up for their food trip with the 'bandaengi course,' Lee Sun-bin decided to join them at the next restaurant. On the way, Lee Sun-bin suggested, "Shall we go for spicy soup? The one with catfish?" Displaying her 'Power E (extroverted)' disposition, she left Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube in stitches. Shortly thereafter, upon reaching Oepo Port, the three strolled through the tranquil harbor town, as Lee Sun-bin exclaimed, "This is just perfect for those having secret relationships!" To which Jun Hyun-moo replied, "From my experience with secret relationships, I'd say that's 'not recommended.' If you get photographed, it's pretty obvious," eliciting laughter.
At the end of their journey was a restaurant famous for 'flower crab soup' with 29 years of tradition. Here, they were served radish kimchi and flower crab soup, which could only be tasted in Ganghwa. Lee Sun-bin immediately grabbed the flower crab with her hands and started tearing it apart. Noticing this, Jun Hyun-moo cautiously asked, "Is there something wrong with your teeth?" Lee Sun-bin honestly replied, "Actually, I don't have many teeth," making everyone burst out laughing. Jun Hyun-moo responded, "(Laminate) buddy!" as he bumped fists with Lee Sun-bin.
Meanwhile, Lee Sun-bin firmly remarked to Kwak Tube, who didn't dig into the crab shell, "You need to explain this. You've not eaten flower crab until now." Jun Hyun-moo added, "Now that I know, you should let your girlfriend know too~" while wrapping up with 'Kwak Tube mobile'. When the topic of relationships came up, Jun Hyun-moo asked Lee Sun-bin, who has been in a public relationship for eight years, "Can you share some long-term relationship tips?" Lee Sun-bin laughed, saying, "Every time we meet, we have something to laugh about, and it's comfortable and fun. We really match well." She continued, "We really go around freely. We visit amusement parks a lot," and Jun Hyun-moo, a 'public relationship veteran,' chimed in, "If you're in a public relationship, people are actually less interested. That's the advantage of a public relationship~."
At this moment, the 'steamed flower crab' that would cap off their food trip arrived. Lee Sun-bin said, "The flavor of the flower crab is at its best," fully engrossed in the food show. Meanwhile, Jun Hyun-moo asked Lee Sun-bin, a former girl group trainee, for an impromptu live performance, and she sang Kim Jo-han's "I Want to Fall in Love," saying, "This song is for you, Hyun-moo sunbae." Jun Hyun-moo expressed his feelings by quoting a touching lyric: "I'm so lonely. I'm tearing up. My life is so splendid yet loneliness comes. You ask me, 'Are you really happy at this moment?'" and responded, "That really hits directly," soliciting a genuine reaction from Lee Sun-bin, who then shouted, "Manager! A bottle of alcohol here~," turning the scene upside down.
