EXO member Chanyeol (affiliated with SME) has become a topic of conversation as he closely interacted with fans through a free offline event.
Chanyeol successfully wrapped up his second mini-album release celebration offline event 'CHANYEOL [Upside Down] THE STAGE' at Musinsa Garage in 32 Jandari, Mapo-gu, Seoul, over the course of two days from the 27th to the 28th.
During this event, Chanyeol created a rich stage with a band session and premiered five songs from the album, including the title track 'Upside Down', 'Back & Forth', 'Ocean Drive', 'High & Dry', and '123 Dance', receiving a hot response.
Since the event was prepared with the intention of giving back to the support fans have shown, Chanyeol communicated closely not only through an impromptu Q&A and casual daily talk after the stage but also captivated attention by performing surprise stages of songs such as 'Creep' and 'Butter-Fly' while playing the guitar.
The audience, who watched in a standing format, sang along loudly and showed passionate reactions to Chanyeol's stories, to which Chanyeol expressed, "I was happy to be able to deliver live performances in a place where the heat and energy of each other are directly conveyed. I want to create opportunities where we can sing together and enjoy in the future."
Chanyeol will hold a solo debut first-anniversary concert 'CHANYEOL [Upside Down : Sound Stage]' at YES24 Live Hall in 20 Gucheonmyeon-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on the 31st.
