Park Myung-soo opened the door to 'BuCoFe'.
On the 29th at 7 p.m., the 13th Busan International Comedy Festival (hereafter referred to as 'BuCoFe'), the first and largest international comedy event in Asia, kicked off at the Busan BEXCO Auditorium. As the MC for the opening performance, Park Myung-soo greeted the audience by saying, "Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I'm comedian Park Myung-soo, and I will be in charge of the event."
He added with a big smile, "As a comedian, it is an honor and a joy to spend this time with respected seniors and juniors in Korea's hub, Busan. When I received the invitation for 'BuCoFe', I thought I would be singing 'The Prince of the Sea,' so it was surprising. Busan is my second hometown. I sang 'The Prince of the Sea' at Songjeong Beach. I believe beautiful and happy memories will be created here."
The 13th 'BuCoFe' will begin its full theatrical performances tomorrow (30th) starting from the opening show. A variety of comedy performances that transcend genres, including 'Gag Concert with BuCoFe', 'I Transferred to Love?', 'Stand-up Assemble@BuCoFe', 'Seoul Comedy All-Stars', 'Ahn Young-mi Show: All Ages Show', 'Comedy Company', 'Byun Ki-soo's Beach Show', 'Communication King Mal-ja's show', and 'Story Episode' will delight audiences throughout Busan.
To showcase the essence of K-COMEDY, the 13th 'BuCoFe' will be held for ten days throughout Busan, from today, August 29 (Friday), to September 7 (Sunday).
