On the 29th, Lee Hyori's agency Antenna stated to OSEN, "It is correct that Lee Hyori is opening a yoga studio in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul."
Lee Hyori will open a yoga studio under the name 'Ananda Yoga' and will start classes from the first week of September. The name 'Ananda' is the 'yoga side character name' that Lee Hyori created in 2020, and she has actually had the tattoo engraved.
The studio's official social media account has already been created, and it has surpassed 20,000 followers. Lee Hyori's husband, singer Lee Sang-soon, is also following the account.
Lee Hyori is expected to conduct actual 'Hatha yoga' classes under the name 'Ananda.' Hatha yoga emphasizes breathing and meditation. The classes will be conducted on a reservation basis, with specific reservation methods to be announced later.
Lee Hyori has been a representative yoga practitioner in the entertainment industry for about 10 years, showing her love for yoga by going to the studio every morning or practicing yoga at home on the variety show 'Hyori's Homestay.'
