Singer-songwriter Yebit, known for providing warm comfort, returns with her second EP.

'The Laundry of the Heart' is the EP that Yebit presents after overcoming a year-long hiatus following her diagnosis and treatment for thyroid cancer in November last year. Like the album title 'The Laundry of the Heart,' it contains messages of comfort and empathy wishing to wash away a heavy heart and a weary body. Yebit is expected to showcase a more mature musical color through this EP, offering listeners a unique resonance with its lyrical sensibility and messages.
Ahead of the official EP release, Yebit has elevated expectations by sequentially releasing six tracklist videos that visualize the emotions of each song, in the form of an album diary detailing the production process of 'The Laundry of the Heart' on her official social media.
According to this, 'The Laundry of the Heart' includes a total of six tracks, including the title song 'Salvation,' 'Endure,' 'It Rains Today,' 'The Laundry of the Heart,' 'Sand,' and 'Wildflower.' Yebit has participated in the lyrics and composition of all songs, showcasing her musical capabilities. A number of singer-songwriters, including Jeong Jin-hee, Kwon Young-chan, Sa-gong, and Kim Min-seong, have also contributed to arranging, performing, and featuring on the album to enhance its completeness.
In particular, Yebit drew attention by conducting a 'mailing service' targeted at fans before the release of 'The Laundry of the Heart.' Subscribing to the mailing service not only allowed listeners to experience an acoustic album preview that gives a warm feeling from the EP first, but also increased authenticity by directly writing and conveying her thoughts and feelings during the preparation of the EP.
