Actress Go So-young started managing her health after being scolded following a health check-up.
On the 29th, a video titled 'A day in the life of Go So-young who truly started managing (Pilates, perilla oil and pollack roe pasta)' was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'That Go So-young.'
After doing Pilates on an empty stomach and returning home, Go So-young had a boiled egg and tomato juice for her first meal. She candidly shared, "I don't want to diet, but I need to manage my health. I had a health check-up. But the result was that I was scolded for having very bad eating habits."
She added, "The first food you eat is really important. I think I need to pay attention to vascular health and such," while laughing, she noted, "Isn't this going to lead to health rumors?"
The production team agreed, saying, "It seems very important to manage blood sugar," and Go So-young said, "I originally loved fruits and used to eat a plate of fruit every morning and evening, but fruits have a lot of sugar, right? I've reduced my fruit intake. My blood sugar is okay. They suggested that I should have low-fat meals and avoid soups."
Go So-young, who changed her rice to farro for health management, shared an anecdote: "I want to eat now, but I can't just say to my husband and family, 'Since I changed, you all eat this too.' I told him, 'Honey, we're at an age where we should try this,' and he said he likes farro more, so he's been eating it since then."
At 3 p.m., Go So-young began her cycling workout, saying, "I don't ride the bike for long," and after 20 minutes of exercise, she prepared dinner. She said, "The second thing I changed was pasta. Since it's summer, I want light meals, but I feel guilty about eating flour," and she prepared oil pasta and perilla oil and pollack roe pasta using farro noodles.
