NCT's Haechan (affiliated with SME) has released the trailer for his first full-length album 'TASTE'.
The trailer 'TASTE OF SUN' of Haechan's first full-length album, released today (29th) at 12 a.m. on the NCT YouTube channel, has left a strong impression as it interestingly depicts the story of 'human' Haechan encountering a series of events, realizing the existence of 'inner god' Haechan, and becoming one.
In this video, Haechan, who is experiencing strange situations that do not flow according to his will, accidentally discovers 'inner god' Haechan looking at him through the sinkhole and follows him, becoming one with his inner self and moving forward into the world, creating a cinematic story that lingers.
Through this, the trailer conveys the message that 'the light within me is ultimately the power that completes me', and also includes snippets of new songs from the album, further amplifying expectations for Haechan's first solo album.
Moreover, as this video is centered around light, it sets 'inner god' as 'sun god' and depicts Haechan's various appearances according to the flow of time from day to night and dawn, utilizing a mix of color and monotone direction, along with 2D animation effects, to enhance the overall quality.
Haechan's first full-length album 'TASTE' consists of a total of 11 tracks of various charms in the R&B genre, including the title track 'CRZY', containing the meaning of sharing Haechan's musical 'taste' with fans and conveying a metaphorical message of 'sampling' the music he created for the first time as a solo artist.
Haechan's first full-length album 'TASTE' will be released on September 8 at 6 p.m. on various music sites, and will also be available as a physical album on that day.
