A solo variety show exploring the charm of TOMORROW X TOGETHER's Taehyun has begun.
Taehyun from TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai) posted the first episode of "T-ara is Skillful" on the team's official YouTube channel at 7 p.m. on the 27th.
"T-ara is Skillful" is a variety show that observes Taehyun, known as a T (Thinking type) from the MBTI types, under the concept of the "T-Type Human Revival Project." The freshness of the setting, which involves traveling back from the future to 2025 to find T-type humans who have been excluded from society due to lack of empathy and immaturity, adds to the intrigue.
The first episode was decorated with a meeting between the production team and Taehyun. When asked about his condition for the first shoot, Taehyun answered precisely, "It's not bad. It's between 50% and 50.5%," revealing his characteristic T-type demeanor. He raised realistic questions about the fictional setting, such as, "Did T get purged in the future?" displaying his unique straightforward charm from the start.
During the T-type verification process, Taehyun expressed concern, saying, "You might be disappointed because I'm more F (Feeling type) than I thought," but through the observation camera and conversations with his family, his complete T-type characteristics were revealed, bringing laughter. Ultimately, he acknowledged, "From an omniscient third-person perspective, I don't seem like an F."
The full observation journal of Taehyun will begin from the second episode. Taehyun suggested various ideas like "Meeting other T-type humans" and "Inserting an F-type human among T-type humans," raising expectations for future episodes.
Taehyun has shown rational and logical aspects through various contents before. Among the members of TOMORROW X TOGETHER, he is known for being the most realistic, earning the nickname "T-hyun" among fans. On the other hand, he has been loved for proving a charming contrast with his deep sensitivity in music.
"T-ara is Skillful" was completed in collaboration with Studio Episode, which has produced YouTube content with Choo Sung Hoon, Joo Woo-jae, Han Hye-jin, and others. It airs every Wednesday at 7 p.m. on TOMORROW X TOGETHER's YouTube channel and the global superfan platform Weverse.
