"Home Alone" has been selected as the observational entertainment program of the year for four consecutive years.
On the 28th, MBC announced that its entertainment program "Home Alone" (directed by Heo Hang, Kang Ji-hee, Kim Jin-kyung, Lee Kyung-eun, and Moon Ki-young) was awarded the 2025 Brand of the Year Award in the "institutional sector" for observational entertainment programs for the fourth consecutive year.
The "Brand of the Year Award" awarded to "Home Alone" is the largest domestic award that selects and honors the top brands that shined during the year through nationwide consumer voting conducted by the Korea Consumer Forum. Starting this year, a new Indonesian sector has been established, and consumer voting was conducted in four Asian countries.
Among them, "Home Alone" is a single life trend leader program that showcases the colorful rainbow lives of one-person household stars, receiving much love. The interests and tastes of the rainbow members, who have ordinary yet special everyday lives, continue to attract attention each week, providing viewers with new enjoyment and laughter.
In the episode scheduled to air on the 29th, "Home Alone" features the daily life of Park Chun-hyu, the first Korean Tony Award winner and author of "Perhaps a Happy Ending", and a "Miracle Day" with singer Shawn's running crew as anticipated.
