'Ballad King' Shin Seung-hoon continues his unceasing musical journey even after 35 years since his debut.
His agency, Dorothy Company, stated, "Shin Seung-hoon will release his 12th regular album, 'SINCERELY MELODIES,' on September 23. Prior to that, he will pre-release a track that conveys the album's message on September 10 to warm up for his comeback."
Shin Seung-hoon will be presenting a regular album for the first time in about 10 years since the release of his 11th regular album, 'I am...&I am,' which was divided into Part 1 and Part 2 and released in October and November 2015.
'SINCERELY MELODIES' carries the meaning of 'melody completed from the heart.' In particular, Shin Seung-hoon directly led the overall production of the album, including producing and composing all tracks, filling it with his authenticity. It is said that listeners will be able to experience the essence of 'Shin Seung-hoon music.'
Meanwhile, Shin Seung-hoon debuted in 1990 with 'You Reflected in My Smile,' achieving a record album sale of 1.4 million copies right from the start, and received attention by continuously achieving million-seller status from his first to seventh albums. Additionally, with 'Invisible Love,' he reached No. 1 on music charts for 14 consecutive weeks, set the record for the most awards in the history of the Golden Disc Awards in Korea, and surpassed a cumulative sales volume of 17 million copies in the history of Korean pop music albums, firmly establishing himself as Korea's representative 'Ballad King.'
On the other hand, Shin Seung-hoon will pre-release a track from his 12th regular album at 6 p.m. on September 10 through various music streaming sites, followed by the album's release at 6 p.m. on September 23.
